What kind of licenses do you offer?  

At this time I offer limited to exclusive licenses depending on your needs.

Why do we have to download your beats from Beatstars?

Beatstars is a larger and well known platform so I utilize their reach.  This website is more or less used for free beats, better pricing, deals, miscellaneous audio files, and many other goodies!

If I'm interested in a beat, can I request certain sounds to be added or taken out?
Sure!  If you purchase an exclusive license then I'll work to fit your needs so long as it's reasonable.
 

Do you offer mixing and mastering services as well?
Unfortunately, not at this time.

Do you use samples?
Sometimes, but it is licensee's responsibility to clear them.  On this site, beats containing samples that need clearance are in the info section of the beat in question.

Can I request a custom beat?
Absolutely!  Send an email by via the contact form

I've never heard of your site before so how can I trust you will deliver?  Integrity is imperative.  I am building a brand and I can't do so if I'm not trustworthy.  Plus I would love for you to come back for more so screwing you over is not an option.

Do I have to give production credit if I record a song to your beats?
Credit should be given as "Produced by Shataya Kamilion" to any ONE major platform and/or social media account of artist(s) performing on the beat.  For example, you can add it to Instagram, Facebook,  your CD booklet, shout it out in the song, or add it to your Youtube videos, iTunes, etc.  If your song is still being circulated, but the medium that the credit is added to can no longer be seen by fans (such as you took the video off of youtube) then it should be added to another visible medium or platform.

How do I get a refund on a purchased beat?
Unfortunately, all sales are final.  There is no way for You, the licensee, to "give back" the beat with a guarantee that you do not have a copy of it.  However, if you are unhappy with your purchase then please feel free to email me and we will work something out.

How do I get a copy of the agreement once I buy a beat from you?
It will be emailed in full detail within 24-48hrs.  However,  you may request a copy of the agreement in full before downloading any beat.  Please note, downloading beats from Beatstars.com will show the agreement before downloading.

What formats are your beats in?
The files are in WAV/16 bit/44.1 format.  Track Outs are 24 bit WAV files.
